We catch with our vessels by trawls, pelagic species in the wild waters of the Atlantic Ocean specifically from Zone FAO N°41.
Our fishing crew is trained to give the proper treatment to the raw material until it arrives at our factory to be processed.
This allows us to ensure to our clients product safety during all the traceability chain.
